I have been depressed, filled with sad and negative thoughts, filled with fear of I don’t know what and unable to work or concentrate on one thing for a while.
The training I have been taking and the mentors I have been taking to lately are helping be a lot, but you all know what happen in depression. I go for a training or mentor session and come back all excited and pumped up. But within days my graph of enthusiasm starts to fall down and within a week I again hit rock bottom.
The last workshop I did was Train the Trainers by Blair Singer. Absolutely amazing and I m really pumped right now though I had an episode of self doubt just yesterday.
So today I m thinking of starting a challenge for myself to keep myself focused on a short term goal and then I will keep on increasing the time and depth of the goal to set myself of the “my normal” path.
The campaign is simple.
Short All-in Campaign Experiment

End Date: 21 August 2015, 8:59 AM (Total days = 66) (Warrior Program, my next training boot camp there I will be meeting extraordinary people and entrepreneur and who will be my accountability strength)
Objectives and Goals
- To touch as many people as you can with your work.
- To make as much money as you can in the period.
- Do not think of how great is what I am or will be doing, just focus on doing it and keep pushing myself forward and see till where I can get.
- Remember its an experiment and people will not judge you on the what you are doing or how you are doing. This experiment is designed to know how far you can push your self before the deadline. Simple, no complications.
- Don’t make simple thoughts tough and complex by over thinking.
- I will make a shallow goal (not a long term vision or an enterprise building thought), lets say, go for Rs. 10 Lakh
I will try to write this personal entry to the blog every day and ask you guy to be my accountability partners by interacting and pushing be forward. I can use all the help anyone has to offer.
